Booking Instructions

After reviewing the room information provided on the website, customers may make a reservation using one of the following methods:

Method 1:
Call the hotel directly to receive faster consultation and obtain accurate information about room availability.

Method 2:
Visit the hotel in person at the address listed on the website to make a reservation.

Check-in / Check-out Time

  • Check-in: From 15:00
    (Early check-in is subject to room availability and may incur an additional fee.)

  • Check-out: Before 12:00 noon.

Note: Services outside the included program will be charged according to the hotel’s regulations and pricing.

Payment Methods

Upon successful booking, our reservation system will send a confirmation email to the customer. Payment for the reservation must be completed by the due date using one of the following methods:

1. Online Payment via Bank Cards

(ATM cards or international credit/debit cards)

  • Bank Name: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank)

  • Account Number: 0081001221723

This is a fast and convenient online payment method for customers who wish to book in advance.

Payment process:

  • The reservation system will redirect customers to the online payment page.

  • Customers follow the instructions to complete the payment.

  • If the reservation system is not yet connected to online payment, we will send a payment link to the bank’s online payment gateway that we cooperate with.

  • Customers follow the instructions provided to complete the payment.

If payment is not completed by the due date, we reserve the right to unilaterally cancel the reservation.

2. Offline Payment via Bank Cards

(ATM cards or international credit/debit cards)

  • If customers wish to use a card already provided to us for payment, we will charge the card on the payment due date.

  • Customers are required to complete a Credit Card Authorization Form and provide:

    • Photos of both sides of their ID card/Citizen ID

    • Photos of both sides of the card

  • Customers must present the card to our staff at check-in for cardholder verification.
    If not, the reservation must be paid using another card or cash.

In such cases, any amount previously charged will be refunded to the original card. The refund process may take approximately 21 working days.

  • If customers wish to use another card for payment, they must notify us in advance. We will not charge the provided card; however, an amount equal to the reservation total will be temporarily blocked on that card on the due date.

  • We will charge the provided card in the event of a no-show (failure to check in on the scheduled date), and the amount will not be refunded.

  • The cardholder must be the guest staying at the hotel.

  • We reserve the right to cancel the reservation if customers fail to provide sufficient information or do not respond by the payment due date.

3. Bank Transfer Payment

This method does not require bank cards and is suitable for customers who wish to book in advance.

  • We will send the hotel’s bank account details to the customer’s email address.

  • Customers must transfer the payment to the hotel’s account and clearly state:

    • Sender’s full name

    • Phone number

    • Reservation confirmation number

  • Customers must notify us after making the transfer so we can verify the payment.

Once payment is received, we will contact the customer to confirm the reservation.

If payment is not completed by the due date, we reserve the right to unilaterally cancel the reservation.

4. Direct Payment at the Hotel

This flexible payment method is available for customers who book directly at the hotel’s front desk. Depending on the agreement, customers may pay before or after using the services.

Payment Security Policy

We do not store any information related to customers’ credit cards or bank accounts used on the website through third-party payment gateways.

The card payment system on our website is provided by licensed payment gateway partners legally operating in Vietnam. Therefore, our card payment security standards fully comply with the security standards of these payment gateway partners.
